Our Individual Counselling appointments are one hour face to face appointments held at our Colwyn Bay offices or can be held online as a video call.

Couples Therapy allows the space and freedom to talk through problems that may be affecting the relationship in a safe and supported environment.

Suitable for Young Adults between the ages of 11 and 18 or full time Students. This subsidised service can be face to face or online.

Our Counselling service offers students a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk, reflect, and find support.

A face to face appointment with a Placement Counsellor, held at our Colwyn Bay office and offered at a reduced rate.

Play Therapy allows children to express feelings and experiences through play, art, and creativity—especially when words are difficult to find.

Our Workplace Wellbeing Service is designed to provide a dedicated Counselling service for your company. 

The In-Work Support Service is a Welsh Government funded service that provides free psychological or physical therapies to people in Wales, helping them stay well in work, or return to work.
