​Jen is currently in the final year of her counselling diploma and is accepting clients through North Wales Reflections as part of her placement.

Alongside her training, Jen has extensive experience supporting both adults and young people through her senior role within education. She offers a warm, compassionate and down to earth approach, creating a safe space for clients to explore the challenges they may be facing.

Jen has a particular interest in trauma informed practice and hopes to further develop this area following qualification.

As Jen is a student counsellor, all clients wishing to work with her will first complete an assessment with Sally Jones, Clinical Lead, to ensure this service is suitable for their needs.
