Sally Jones MBACP
Senior Counsellor
Sally is the founder of North Wales Reflections and has managed the practice since 2015.
She is an integrative therapist with many years of experience and offers a blend of approaches to allow her clients to gain the best results from their therapy.

Lisa Batham MBACP
Senior Counsellor
Lisa has been with our team for 3 years, but brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from 20+ years as a Counsellor, including several years as a Clinician in Community Mental Health.

Charlotte Cropper MBACP
Counsellor
Charlotte is a highly skilled Integrative Therapist who works with both adults and young people, using a Person-Centred approach to personalise sessions for each client’s needs.

Tina Emery MBACP
Counsellor
Along with working with common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, Tina also specialises in bereavement, infantile death, miscarriage and stillbirth. Appointments with Tina are available on a Saturday and are available to clients from 16 years+

Jonathan Taylor BACP
Counsellor
Jon provides a safe, calm, and confidential space for anyone seeking therapy, free from demands or judgments.
With training in both psychodynamic and humanistic therapies, Jon is equipped to support individuals through a range of challenges.

Leah Williams
Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
Leah is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (University of Cambridge trained) working with children and young people aged 3–18. With a gentle, playful, and person-centred approach, she supports children with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Leah creates a safe space where every child can express themselves, build resilience, and thrive.

Erin Kenway
Placement Counsellor
Erin is in the final year of her professional counselling training and is offering low-cost counselling sessions as part of her placement with North Wales Reflections.
