
Leah Williams
Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
Leah is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (University of Cambridge trained) working with children and young people aged 3–18. With a gentle, playful, and person-centred approach, she supports children with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Leah creates a safe space where every child can express themselves, build resilience, and thrive.
Leah’s practice is grounded in the theories of Carl Rogers, John Bowlby, and Wilfred Bion. She takes a non-directive, non-judgemental stance, respecting every child’s unique way of expressing themselves.
Leah has experience supporting children and young people across a wide range of needs, including:
ADHD and Autism (ASD)
Anxiety and depression
Trauma and early adversity
Eating disorders
Bereavement and loss (including sibling death)
Parental separation and family challenges
