In Work Counselling Service

Our In Work Counselling Service is designed to provide a dedicated Counselling service for your company. Staff will have access to a secure portal on our website to book an appointment on a confidential basis to discuss any issue that may be troubling them and maybe interfering with effective job performance or attendance.

In a 2020 Health and Safety Executive publication, it was reported by a Labour Force Survey that 828,000 workers suffered from work-related stress, depression or anxiety and that 17.9 million work days were also lost.

Some benefits of joining our In Work Counselling Service include

  • Improved employee mental health: Counselling can help employees address mental health issues, such as stress, anxiety, and depression, which can lead to better overall well-being and productivity.

  • Increased employee engagement: When employees feel supported and valued, they are more likely to be engaged and committed to their work.

  • Reduced absenteeism: By addressing mental health issues, Counselling can help reduce absenteeism and presenteeism (the phenomenon of employees being present at work but not fully engaged or productive).

  • Improved employee retention: When employees feel supported and valued, they are more likely to stay with a company long-term.

  • Better team dynamics: Counselling can also help improve communication and teamwork among employees, leading to a more positive and productive work environment.

  • Reputation: An Employee Support Program helps build a reputation that the Employer prioritises staff wellbeing.
